Logging in

1. From the club home page click on the Login button on the top right hand corner of the page
   

   

2. Once on the Login page, select a club 
   

   

3. Now enter your username and password
   
   
4. Click the Login button
   

   

   
   
   
5.  Once logged in your will be redirected to the club dashboard
   
   

   

Club Dashboard

The club dashboard is the portal to all of your tournaments. As well as configure all of your users, and enroll new tournaments.

Accessing a shoot

In order to access your shoot you will need to select it from the club dashboard. Once you are logged in, you can pick any tournament from the list. If your tournament is in the future, or you wish to look at past results, click on the future or past shoot header. 

Finalize Tournament

From the club dashboard you can finalize a tournament. On this page you can select any tournament, and download the results to a zip file, ready to send off to the ATA or PITA. 

Manage accounts

The manage accounts page allows you to add people to manage your tournament. You are able to view when they last accessed Shoot Pro Cloud, what their role is, and modify their account. 

Shoot Enrollment

The shoot enrollment form allows you to enter all the information needed to host your tournament on Shoot Pro Cloud. Fill this form out at least one week in advance prior to your tournament.

Shoot Dashboard

The shoot dashboard allows you to run your tournament

Dashboard

The dashboard provides you with general information about the current events, as well as the tournament. 

The buttons towards the bottom of the page are quick actions, that allow you to quickly jump into commonly used features.

Classification menu

The classification menu allows you to

• Classify shooters 

Squadding menu

The squadding menu allows you to squad shooters, print squad sheets, and print squad rosters

Cashiering menu

The cashiering menu allows you to 

• Cashier Shooters
• Pay shooters on demand
• Batch print checks
• See shooter's account balances
• See a transaction log
• Get an income by shooter report
• Get a tournament finance report

Scoring menu

The scoring menu allows you to

• Enter Scores
• Printer Score Sheets (display sheets)
• View Scores
• Calculate Yardage Punches
• Calculate Class Moved 
• Run High Gun Reports (trophy reports, HOA/HAA)
• Carry Over reports

The payoffs menu allows you to

• List the shooters who played in an option
• Run options
